Description
It is the typical Mallorcan stone house, built in 1892 and completely renovated to obtain maximum comfort. It has free Wi-Fi throughout the house, Netflix also free and air conditioning in all three rooms.
It has an area of 195 square meters on two floors, the ground floor is a spacious living room with fireplace, a dining room, the kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The pool of 9 by 4 meters is surrounded by lawns and gardens.
Being located in the center of the island you can go to almost all the beaches of Mallorca in 30 minutes.
It is located 800 meters from a small village of Ruberts i has just 50 inhabitants, it seems that time has stopped. It is two kilometers from Lloret de Vistalegre where there are bars, restaurants, shops and a supermarket and only 7 kilometers from Sineu village famous for celebrating the oldest market in Mallorca on Wednesdays.
It is a perfect home for a relaxing family vacation or couples enjoying their magnificent pool, or chilling on the porch with a leafy shade in which you can enjoy a nice barbecue.
