Description

It is the typical Mallorcan stone house, built in the year 1860 and completely renovated inside to obtain maximum comfort. It has free Wi-Fi throughout the house, Netflix and HBO also free and air conditioning in all three rooms.

It has an area of ​​195 square meters on two floors, the ground floor is a spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The pool of 9 by 4 meters is surrounded by lawns and gardens.

Being located in the center of the island you can go to almost all the beaches of the island in 30 minutes.

 

It is located 800 meters from a small village (Ruberts) of 50 inhabitants where it seems that time has stopped. It is two kilometers from Lloret de Vistalegre where there are bars, restaurants, shops and a supermarket and only 7 kilometers from Sineu village famous for celebrating the oldest market in Mallorca on Wednesdays.

It is a perfect home for a relaxing family vacation or couples enjoying their magnificent pool, or on the porch with a leafy shade in which to enjoy a nice barbecue.

Family holiday!

We had a one week stay at this great Villa with very nice pastoral neighborhood. The Villa itself is extremely cosy and the pool was perfect for swimming. With a car you can reach all the beaches and sites in Mallorca in 30 - 60 minutes and after long days of sunbathing and swimming at the beaches or wondering in Palma or the very nice small villages, it was relaxing to get back to the Villa and spend the evenings there.
